The Kyoto Prefectural Library is currently featuring a display of books and other materials from its collection related to the Kan’ei Gyoko 400th Anniversary Festival, along with the Festival’s posters and brochures.
The exhibition will run through September 23.

As part of the Kan'ei Gyoko 400th Anniversary Festival,
we are committed not only to faithfully recreating the Gyoko Procession (Imperial Procession)
based on historical records,
but also to preserving and passing on Japan's cultural heritage and
traditional craftsmanship through initiatives such as the creation of historically accurate ceremonial costumes.
We warmly welcome the support of both individuals and organizations as
we work to preserve and pass on the cultural legacy of Japan for future generations.
