Beginning today, September 19, the special exhibition “Kan’ei: The Art Nurtured by an Age of Peace” opens at The Museum of Kyoto.
This exhibition presents the finest expressions of the culture that flourished in Kyoto during the early Edo period, with a focus on Kan’ei Culture and the Kan’ei Gyoko.
